Fall Playdate
Last weekend, a few former RRUS adopters got together for a HUGE playdate. I wanted to share some pictures of our fun-filled weekend. Enjoy! Amanda
A typical RR Dumb Run and a few play bows- there were a few of these before the temps heating up and they lounged around or tried to romp in the house.
Here's Roadie and Ella mixing it up in the house. Roadie initiated all this play w. some really loud barking which scared Ella at first until she figured out he was all bark and no bite!
Morgan, Sierra, and Ella (left to right) waited patiently at the door to get back inside to cool off.
This is Sierra, a former puppy mill rescue who was so scared. Can't tell it now- she has found her inner Ridgeback. Thank you Stephanie and David for making her into the dog she should have always been.

WE HAVE NEVER SEEN ANOTHER R.R. IN OUR TRAVELS. THEY ONLY GET TO PLAY WITH LABS, LAB-DOODLES, AND SOMETIMES ODEN THE GREAT DANE.I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE GIRLS RUNNING IN A RIDGEPACK.
RRUS Former Foster/Adopter Playdates coming to a town near you- wouldn't that be fun. I wish we could criss-cross the country meeting RRs from all over the US!

Maybe once the gas prices go down we can start a Roaring Ridgeback Caravan for play dates across the US : ) Mogan and Curtis are always up for a ride in the car.
It was a great weekend. Hard to believe there were 7 Ridgebacks here and my house is still standing :) We had a blast and it always amazes me how there can be so many dogs and not a grrrrrrrrr between them.
We are so proud of Sierra and what an awesome dog she is. Thanks for inviting us:)
