Nala & Niblett

Hello- We decided to get Niblett a buddy and we rescued Nala. It's like they have known each other for years. Nala is such an affectionate dog and she loves my husband. For those that don't know, Niblett is afraid of my husband who is harmless. Niblett has been making great strides with Paul since Nala arrived though. Nala is silly though, she takes the kids stuffed animals and takes the eyes out, then we discovered she is taking the kids plastic animals/action heroes toys and biting the hands off! So we are in the process of making sure the kids keep the toys off the floor. We have 2 wonderful dogs and can't thank RRUS enough.

How great is that - such a good fit. Our Taylor Sue was timid in many ways before we got TJ. TJ has taught her such confidence and she is now copying him by sleeping on her back. So I think there is a super chance that Niblett will learn to relax and enjoy your husband. Isn't it amazing how RRs love each other. I've often wondered if that is typical of other breeds.

I had the same experience when we adopted Roadie. Bacari had always been super shy and especially around my husband. We tried everything to boost his confidence. While he made progress, it was very slow. But once Roadie came into the home, his jolly soul was exactly what Bacari needed. He came out of his shell more and at a faster pace.

What a great match- glad to hear Miss Nala is making herself at home and helping your children learn to clean up their toys!

It was love at first sight when Nala met Paul. She went right up to him and off they went for a little walk. Enjoy her. She is a silly girl full of love and fun. I am so happy she found you. Niblett will learn lots from her too. Our last RR, Codie, had an affinity for the girls dolls and most of them were missing hands and heads. It was a small price to pay for sweet as sugar dog:) Give Missy Nala a kiss from her Foster Mama.
